Finding a Human Instead of Talking to a Machine

This tip is a little off track from real estate, but I'm sure everyone can use it!

If you've ever sat on hold forever, or attempted to wade your way through the voice system for issues regarding to your credit cards, customer service or even government offices, then this is for you! I don't know about you, but I get tired of punching in option # after option #, only to get disconnected after several minutes of frustration.
